Mikko K: you are amazing. Great control of the values.

Hey if anyone has any tips or suggestions for my art please tell me. I really want to improve a lot this year so I can make it on my own.

Dunno Omi, just decided after lookin at HTK's site for a bit that I'd like to give it a go. Some good color on those quick studies btw.

This was going down hill the further I went with it, so I decided to put it to rest early. I'm falling into some bad old habits of color correcting the life out of a thing.

seth1 - nice study

Varg - this series of drawings you are doing is tremendous (I am partial to expressionist work).

FallDamage - I like this one, good job

Rolthryn - great mood, good gutsy drawing!

I never work with a pen-pad or so to my comp since I havent got the money to buy one and besides, its funnier with traditional tools Smile

Ah, well it looks great. I love your style man, keep it up.

Wicked cool scenes, Mikko K.

This hardly is a speedpainting but didn't think that it'd deserve a thread of it's own.
Vinminen the old minstrel from Finnish folk lore.

Keep it up!

Ax, that car is pretty nuts. Yoshi, that plane is also nuts. I don't know if I'll ever figure out how you guys get the symytry down in a speedie( I can't even spell the word).

Thanks Gord, I'm tryin. Good to see some abstraction around here every so often btw, nice piece.

Nice work all around guys. I'm still tryin to clean up my lines. Used a photo ref to make sure the pose was relativly proper.

Omi-kun, cool pics btw and it tastes like a chinese dumpling but with a sweet bean paste in the middle. It's like eating a mouthful of sugar. Pretty darn good!

Something I threw together, inspired in part by Varg's style and my current addiction to the Silent Hill video games (someone had mentioned the similarities between the two) Very Happy

Thx luc, I've been keen on your style for a while. Hopefully, I'll find my own after I get some more line exp.

So a friend of mine has been seriously holding out on me in neglecting to mention that he had a Cole Dvd. I don't even think he used it.
