Her boobs are too high and perspective of the tiles in tha floor and the girl don't match.

I don't know if it is your intention, but her clothes seem to be made of rubber or plastic. I like the trees in the background, the inverted reflection sort of thing is neat. The tree branch in the foreground doesn't quite look right and the blurred effect doesn't look quite convincing. I would suggest, if you intend to keep the branch there, to re-paint it showing leaves and twigs a little more realistically.
