Naglfar, thx. Good one, too!

Zhuzhu, your brushuse is phenomenal ... i guess even better than Mullins.

Hideyoshi, thx. Santas are always good these days! Wink
This flying-szene makes me saying "whohoooooo" Very Happy

People told me they like the szene with the two men fighting each other, because most time there is less action in my paintings and its nice to see me trying something different. So i tried another dynamic one! Wink

(no ref, except one ot two times i took a look at my hands ^^)

I have no techniks, learning on his own is not an easy job but all of you transmit a drawing desire, even if we are not skilled at all and for that I should thank you, especially Mr Zhuzhu, Fred, Mistsui (you made me love the robots), Seth1 and a huge amount of other persons i ve discovered watching the 700 pages of this thread.

thanks luc and flaskpost (and welcome)

bg, mitsui, theo and p-rik and zhuzhu (as always), fiend, visual myriad, jr, syl20, crazybrush (...): cool

Since I have two monitors it's become very hard, to decide, wich grading to use... if there is no differneces in the shadows, blame my calibration!
After frazetta:

frazetta's world of bodybuilders at first turned me off, but looking a bit longer, i found the paintings underneath the cheap icing really good

If you want cheap body builders you should check Boris Vallejo and Julie Bell - your idea of cheap will be redefined.

Actually I think Frazetta is far from cheap icing in the field of commercial illustration..

Yeah, Mikko, You are probably right. I checked some Vallejo and Bell paintings, and I'm still eyesore. Still they probably spent days and love on each painting.
I am quite uncertain about judging the quality of art. I can easily agree or disagree with the subject (e.g. Bodybuilders).
Also I think I can tell, if a painting was killed or hurt in the process of finishing (can hardly happen to speedpaintings).
Everything else - from Giotto to Picasso - is only a feeling.

Crazybrush - lovely warrior and winter! If that is sunlight on the cabin I find it a little disturbing...
ebr - those colors!!!

The view from my workplace in first snow and last daylight. Photoshop/Artrage/Photoshop
