what the fuck?
688 pages in the speedpainting thread, first post from september 2002?
am i the only one who still wonders where the previous thread went and why did they start a new one? is there no justice left?

and where the hell is Spitfire? MIA for years now.

Hey look, it's faust.
UltimateBB, which speedpainting III grew up on, had a thread-post-limit of some description, and when said limit was reached new posts replaced a random old post. It was interesting in a post-modernist sense, but annoying for the same reason. Hense speedpainting IV.
If phpBB has a limit, we're yet to reach it.
The speedpainting III thread is still there somewhere, but as it is a pre-conversion thread it probably won't show up in a search. The last post in it would have been around 30 Sep 2002, if anyone wants to go looking.
