My client, very excellent artist from eastern europe. He getting freelance job from US contractor but he don't know how much he should charge for it.
I understand that it depends on quality. I can reveal his art now but i give a liks similar to art.
Say, that quality level

He don't was per hour rate - only for whole sketch. As i understand, color and pencil sketch prices are different.

I would assume he would charge the same price he would charge euro's.. just use the exchange rate and convert it into US dollars.

I can't say who client is.
I'm kinda agent yes. A friend actually but currently represent him.

I sadly can�t give you any pointers to prices. Just make sure he�s not getting ripped off please. Only because he lives in a country where the costs of living are cheaper shouldn�t mean he gets way less than he actually deserves.

Dekard - I�m pretty sure that if he�s from eastern europe, he will have to adjust his prices, not just convert the euros. Also I�m not sure he will even have euro prices handy, since no eastern european country uses it as their currency yet.
