HHAHAHA, this is awsome man! i love the image, although perspectivaly it has some flaws, they are not nessicarily a bad thing, it has a great comic feel and I can just see it in slo mo with droning slo mo sound effects... "moowaaaaaaaa BAAAAAAANGGGG Chuuuunk.... BLAEAAAHHHHGGGHHHHHHHHHHH!" amazing.. i like it

thanks, btw 
and he doesnt shoot himself in the arm. later on, according to the story that's going on in my head, he will shoot himself in the balls, but not the arm. wont happen

Cool, but his right leg looks a little crazy. Especially the foot. It seems to small, unless its father down than his body, and it doesn't look like it is right now. And the foot is just funky and twisted like. Also, and this might not be easy enough to fix to be worth it, doesn't it make sense that he would be looking at one of the two ppl he is attacking? It's like he's grimacing off into space there, lol. It might work to just move his eyes a bit...at least that is worth a shot.
I love the guy up front, reaching out. It's like his hand is saying "help me!" |

Disclaimer: I don't play video games. But I've seen tons of concept art.
Your painting style reminds me of Richard Williams. Not the animator. The Richard Williams from the Robert Crumb era, who paints pulp and low-brow comic art. The proportions weren't necessarily right or composition and color might have been kinda off...but the pictures were always sincere and you could tell there was effort in rendering it the way "he" saw it in his mind.
I say all this to say...mission accomplished. Let's see some more stuff. |
