Hey guys,
Here's a movie me, octavian, and Max_Kulich are concept designers of. I thought I'd post it here for your interest. We're getting alot of work done, and are already working on the opening scene. There's a trailer there you can watch.
The link is: http://www.ecreativityworks.com/
Here's some Q&A about some specs on the movie;
Q: Whats your process of creating this?
A: To fast forward a little, I get a concept, model it and set up the shading. Render using multipass compositing( Seperating the elements of a scene into separate pieces to be recombined in a post program like After Effects), with additional postwork done in Painter and/or Photoshop. One of the things that bugs me is how clinical cel shading can look sometimes, so I spend a lot of time working on post process techniques to bring that human feeling back into the production.
Q: So why is it called Ultraviolent?
A: Ultraviolent is the name given to what scientists of the time think is a new disease. In fact, It isnt a physical disease but a spiritual one, a symptom of a cataylast that infects its hosts through reincarnation.
Q: So is there going to be lots of violence?
A: Violence yes, gratuitous no.
Q: How long will it be?
A: Its planned to be 90 minutes.
See ya! |
