I think u need more contrast. And if she's not Asian, more red.

The backgrounds nice as for the head ... its ok you�ve just gotta use a darker tone for the shading or at least give her a bit more of an outline ... I�m sure this will be fixed as you progress more ^_^ the eyes just looks strange without eye lashes overall its got potential to turn out good.

I added a little bit of light to the hair, more contrast in the face (thanks for the advice) and added eye brows and eye lashes (quite difficult the eye lashes) ....

actually ... she looks quite different ...

Her face seems to be highlighted with a brown/yellow light where as teh background seems to be very purple. I think the face needs to have some more of the colours that are in the background. You could try experiment with a large light brush just to see what it looks like.

Also since the moon is so bright, maybe darken the side of the face closest to us a bit.

Nice facial shape though!
