Hey, I can play this game too. Cool idea. Please excuse the crappy quality of some of these, about half were taken with a camera with a bad light leak (grr) and the other half were taken with a terrible digital camera.

Here are various shots I've taken around north Texas:

Hey - that's beautiful stuff! Texas is beautiful! Are you shooting in B/W? If yes, what camera?
Really nice.

Beautiful photos, Jezebel. In what town(s) were these taken?

Thanks everyone

Sedone - These pics were taken in several different towns. A lot were taken in Mesquite but most of the big landscape shots were taken on a highway driving to Fredericksburg. Really beautiful drive. It looks like that almost the whole way and you pass through all these neat small towns.

Loki - I used three different cameras for these pics. The black and whites were taken with a Canon AE-1. I actually forgot my black and white film so they were shot in color, then desaturated in PS. Several of the landscape/flower shots were taken with this camera as well. One or two were taken with a Minolta Dimage 7. The machinery and the dirty looking pond pictures were taken with a Olympus D600L.

Hehehe. I drove through Texas once, and the only things I took pictures of were the waitresses in Hooters.

Great flower shots, and landscape shots, and close up shots, and...well you get the picture.

I've only ever been in El Paso, Texas. Went back and forth across the border into Mexico every day for two weeks doing work. I hated that whole area. Drove me insane. North Texas sure looks great though.
