It's in that awkward middle area -- it's not so great that everyone feels they have to post, and the technique is pretty tidy so there's no obvious critique to make.

The main problem that jumps out to me is that there's not a lot of contast in the values. Bluey is about the same value all over and that's a problem from a composition point of view.
