Thanks seth, and back at you with the landscapes. Color is something I really need to work on, and texture too... and form. Almost everyone here dwarfs me talent wise, so commenting individually on everyone's greatness would be a probably come off a bit monotonous; and sycophantic. Suffice it to say, you�re all really great, and that's why I�m here thinking that regular participation in this thread might help me along a bit.
So on we go

@Spooge ... the StarWars-Poster looks by far better than every Photo-composed Poster you can get in the whole Hollyworld, ... i hope its only a question of time until people realize how much more such a painting is attracting to the viewer!

Got straight into another pic. My old tablet (1998 Penpartner) is so clunky and woolly compared to my new one. I'm happy!
Here it is, not quite sure what's going on, but it emerged from the canvas like this. It strikes me as having a Sparth-ish feel to it, though I didn't plan it that way. I used a custom brush for most of it, which I think helped keep the periphery soft and concentrate contrast and edge definition where it counts. Which is pretty much a first for me!
