Bravo!! I have to give you kudos for emphasizing one of the most important aspects of studying any martial art - stretching! Stretching is a mandate; it helps prevent injury and promotes recovery. Good on you, Shiz!

wow nice, thanks. Very Happy it's very cool to see stuff you are doing there.

i used to train some martial arts and i can see alot of similarities in the warmup routine.

If you stretch properly over the years you'll have fewer problems later on, not more. If Jackie Chan hadn't kept up with his stretching and flexibility and did all the things to his body that he's done, he'd probably be bedridden by now! :]
