Hiya,

This is illustration material (sort of like a screenshot...) for my current website project at school. I�m doing a site exercise for my imaginery sci-fi movie, which is supposed to be something in the spirit of George A Romero -zombie movies and for example 28 days later.

This is a zombie-"design" for the "movie". It�s something in between in Frankenstein and Terminator.

Painted on photo in PS. I used fake blood and vaseline on my face and I painted the scars and the mechanics in photoshop. Quite simple. About 2-3h. The original pic is quite bad quality so I can�t use any hi-res versions cos that�d reveal all the blurriness and stuff.

And damn I�d like to make a really bad sci-fi movie some day!

Haha, cool stuff noxi. I like the mood and dynamic angle of this, for sure. But, one thing I'd like to see is the eyes a little brighter. Kind of like they're glowing a bit. ^^

something interesting is happening with the eyes.
It looks like they are not the right angle with the face, I don't know if they are on an angle, or if it's an illusion becasue the mouth tapers or maybe it just that my monitor is at a weird angle ....
or maybe I'm seeing things

heh, I liek.
The fake blood was a good idea, they really pay them self back in the bloods quality. Though on the cheek it looks very .. well crap, and created, and that kind of spoils the feeling.
What are those soft light stripes under your eye and over your eyebrown? Highlights of some kind? I recommend a white charcoal brush, and blur it litely to get rid of too hard edges.

I really like those hard white lights that makes the skin look very wet.
Good job over all.

And, btw. Me and my friend and his friends and frien.. well the same crew that's making the Helsinki project. We are going to make some day a horror/skifi/parodic/someshort of movie, just for fun. So if you're interested, I guess there's space in the crew. This is, as far as I know, still on the thinking level, but I think we could make it during the others, more serious projects.
