Just a little genre piece I did for a book project on another forum. I'm a fan of this kind of stuff from the 50's, and it was fun to do something with that kind of flavor.
There are issues with the pose and composition that stem from rushing into the painting too quickly without doing enough prep work, but for what it is, I'm mostly happy with it.
15-ish hours, Photo-Paint 10.

Just a bump because I did a tiny bit more work on her face based on some crits I received over at EP and CA. You might have to refresh if you already looked at the old version.

| very cool! the cold colours gives me some thinking, but otherwise i like it very much. i love those american 50�s and 60�s pin up paintings. i�m thinking of buyin a book of them for study... cos they�re so cool. |
