*and of course I cant forget Sukhoi, nice friggin lense flare!

Pringle - Beautiful
Sukhoi - I love it! Bold colour, texture, abstract shapes hinting at form and structure... it really does it for me. Nice one!
Here's mine. Just over an hour in Photoshop. Perspective is off but I like it as a concept.

RasselTassel - like your troppic-island, while im not sure if this hard brush is fitting to the other ones.
deapsea - like those ... they look a bit like 3D renders, because of the lighting-style.

Managed to sneak another one in today. I had one of those 'desert skiff/barge craft' type moments and this was the result.

very nice work everyone, sukhoi's stuff never fail to amaze me with their lighting and colours, liking watmough's landscapes too, rather unique style that you rarely see in digital paintings
keep it up!
well here's something i did the other day... promo artwork/speed painting worked further for a mod (it's unannounced, but anyone who's played RTS games in the last 10 years should know what game this is based on)

My 2 cents for the cgtalk daily sketch #250
However its my first post there, so I guess it
wont be visible on time because of the moderating issues

ebr, I don't know if it was intentional, but your picture can be read in two ways:
1) A bald-headed guy with a high collar
OR
2) A little guy with his shoulders hunched up, and an enormous helmet on his head. (If you look at that dark patch--the shadow under the collar on the right--you'll see it. It looks like a forehead and nose, with a little glint of an eye.)
Anyway, just wanted to say how cool that is. _________________ Dignity isn't important. It's everything.

I like that Lars!
very much
dark lord too, very nice :)
drunkey monkey, really impressive picture, a lot of impact.
really frustrating. had an idea I thought would work, but i wasn't able to make anything like what i wanted. not good enough to render that head on the right.
