Very nicely done, but for some reason I was immediately reminded of
"Flesh" by Phillip Jose Farmer. Probably just my twisted mind!

Nice picture. I really like the dragon.

A couple of things I think could make it look beter:

Change the backgroud color to one with a higer value and a little bit different to the figures. That would make the girl and the dragon stand out better.

Work a little more the hair under the girl face, (looks a litle hard, like if was a horn (not that much just a little))

the only thing i'd change would is the hair that goes in between her mouth and nose. It makes it look like she has a mustauche. Across the mouth might work.
