Annis, you're young, just keep doing it.
I've set myself a goal for the next seven years. I'm hoping to be a little better when I'm 30. (destined to fail, haha).

Everybody> keep up!

These 5 am SP's are going to kill me soon.
edit: removed - too horrible to look at.

More or less the same thing as the gouache, but from memory and faster. Just for testing painter out.

went to interview for governors school, whenever they looked at a digital peice of mine they pointedly used the words " manipulated" or "generated" when asking me how i did it, i kept saying painted but it just didnt get into their heads, it botheres me that they seem to think digital is just pressing a button to make something.

oh well heres something

Annisahmad: don't stop now, you've been making great progress from what I've seen. If you're getting unmotivated, maybe you should just try something different. Characters?

Hi, I'm new here. Did this landscape sketch last night. First digital painting. I based it partly on a photo (values and main shapes). I've been trying to push a lot more than usual.

Mitsui, really like the last one - except you really screwed up the perspective. Remember: all parts on eye-level are on the horizon; in this picture the man in the foreground stands for our perspective - so all people as tall as this man have their eyes on the horizon, too.(Same goes with all elements which are as high from the ground as his eyes.) So the men walking in the background could only be right, if they go up a hill or something.
And all things which are above this line are seen from below - so the line of the roof would go to the upper-right edge - and all things below would be seen from above(which is the same as: all things seen from above must be below the eye-level.).

Mon, i dig your last one - imho your best one so far! *new desktop*

Art, thx - yours everytime catching the moment. Wink
