Alphabet Synthesis Machine

This is a cool link I thought I'd share. Seems like it just might appeal to someone here. It's an online glyph creation tool for creating fictional alphabets and exporting them as PC format TT fonts. Its strangely compelling. Enjoy!

OMG, all the examples made by visitors were HORRIBLE. None of them had any imagination. They were just scribbles, without any thoughts going into them.

grrrr. Nevermind, the system doesn't give you much control at all. No wonder they all turn out like scribbles. I thought it would let you actually design each alphabet/character by hand.

It's insane, because the whole alphabet "mutates" and "evolves" from an incoherant scribble you make...

I think I evolved mine too much though because i just ended up with a whole bunch of dots...
