If my memory doesn't fail me, it is always held in winter. The last one was in December 8th, 2001. And the next one will be held on Saturday, December 7th, 2002. I went to the one in 1999, and they do provide some help. But then there is the lineup.. and the parking meter.. I waited there for 3 hours and finally got to talk to someone from Emily Carr Institute.. didn't even have a chance to talk to the representatives from other art schools.. It should be wise to bring at least 2 people to get a spot in line for you.
