Well, let's see. I'm 25. 30 lbs overweight with an eating disorder. Complete lack of self-confidence. Had 2 girlfriends in my entire life. Haven't had sex in 2 years. Not that it would matter because I can't last more than 2 minutes anyway. Complete lack of motivation. Don't like anything. Severely depressed. Losing hope every day. Feel passionate about nothing. Devoid of energy and personality. Extremely shy and feel uncomfortable around people. Desperately want to have a relationship, but don't see it happening. Distorted (or is it?) self-image. Braindead. Unintelligent. Feel inferior to nearly everyone. Getting sick of this shit, but not a quitter. Too stubborn or stupid to commit suicide. Don't believe in god, but maybe I'm already in hell..... |

Uh yeah...unlike computer nerds such as yourself who have wasted away countless hours of your life in obscure Internet forums that virtually no one ever sees, I could care less how many posts I have. |

Start exercising.
Get in kung fu or Tae Kwon Do or karate. Buy a nice mountain bike and tear ass up and down some trails. Hell, start a garden. Grab a camera and go on nature walks. Go to your community center and look for any weekend-league sports teams.
Anything that gets you outside and active and in shape and around other people is good. Trust me. As soon as you feel better about your self-image, you'll feel better about all of the other angsty emo shit that you listed.
Being fat makes you sad. _________________ QED, sort of. |

ArachosiA,
Here is my advice for your sorry ass:
1) Start running every day, in the morning before you eat. Slowly move from 10 minutes (if you can handle it) to 30. Lose the flab. Will give you the energy.
1.5) Eventually start going to the Gym.
2) Read Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill
3) Get a social life, little at a time.
4) If you need to get laid go here: fastseduction.com and read, try, repeat. Its all you need to know. It will actually help your with more than just getting broads. Lots of good stuff there.
EVERYTHING IS A MATTER OF ATTITUDE. No one gives a shit about you, your success, your misery or anything else in your life. Only you care, and only you can change anything. I was in the same spot as you few years ago... till i got sick of it and decided to take control.
If above doesn't work for you... kill yourself, because life of a depressed wussbag is a painful thing for anyone to endure. |

MOTIVATION, that's the key!
When you get up tomorrow morning,
WITHOUT FAIL, go straight to the
closest clinic and start the process
for a sex change operation.
When you're finished, you'll have
all the T&A you ever wanted 24/7.
Need to cope a feel? No problems
mate, it'll be right there...
And it will be up to somebody else
to worry about lasting more than
two minutes.
While you're on the table they can
trim off the extra 30 lbs. too.
Or... if you're too clumsy for a clean suicide,
just go to a big night spot and find the biggest,
meanest dumb ass in the joint with the best
looking babe. Just walk up, grab a headlight
and put the other hand on home plate.
He'll kill you on the spot!
End of asshole, end of problem, end of story!
Have a nice day... ![Smile](images/smiles/icon_smile.gif) |

Drunken Monkey is spot on. But hey if you dont believe him or cant do it, just go the stacy route.
P.S.: stacy, that cracked me up to no end. Also its very clever in addition to being funny. |

I am not being humurous. I'm very serious. You better come of that shell of yours and take a real good look at the world. You think you have problems? You don't have problems . . . get out and take a look around. Watch Band of Brothers or something . . . look around _________________ - Tom Carter

Dont underestimate the power and ironic kind of helpfullness those "other people" are giving. Even if they dont mean to or care for the guy, ultimately they might give him more real help than anyone that means to.
Someone who gets carried on hands through his whole life and never experiences problems or people giving him shit has no defenses against stuff like that and is way more likely to crush. I dont think anyone should be mean for no reason, but this is not an ideal world and its better he learns to cope with that than to blame all those mean people to ruin his life. What would ultimately mean he never gets out of the victim role, because he keeps himself in there.
I had experiences in the past that made me become stronger and being able to cope with people giving me shit. Did I like it? hell no, but it made me a better stronger person, and for that Im glad.
The first step is to realize you alone have the power to change things, but the next and much harder one is to actually stand up and do it.
Just like Mr. T said, Be somebody or be somebodys fool! |

No no no! Wing Chun! And Roller (inline skating), loooaaads better! Inline skating is fun as hell, that's the key, trying to force yourself to go out or socialize thats bull*** if you ask me. That never really worked for me. Talking from my experience you have to 1- focus on doing things you enjoy (physical activity is best to start with), 2- attitude: do it for yourself and yourself alone, find reasons why YOU would want to do it (the gym, going skating, whatever), make a list, write it down so you dont forget, dont do it because you think its better for you, or because of what people would think of it, if you try motivating yourself in that way, it will never last. Everything becomes easy when it's fun. Oh yeah and listen to Elvis, he's the king
