Do you have favourite pencils or special pencils?

I'm really interested in art and specialy in pencil paintings. Can someone tell me, if there are special pencils u need ?

Or a Link to a Painting set u Use ?

Thx a lot

Personnaly, I use a Tombow Homo-Graph pencil, one of the best pencils Ive ever used.
There's no secret to it anyway; if you fell comfortable with it, then it's the right one for you.

Yep, that's the brand I was going to recommend as well.
The thickness and smoothness of Tombow pencils can't be beat.
They are hard to find tho. Faber Castell 9000 are alright too.

For mechanical pencils Pentel PG1005 is your best bet.
Durable and almost failproof. been using it for 6 years now. It never becomes wobbly during use.

Tombow is good, especially now that you can't get a Blackwing 602 anymore

I like Dixon Ticonderogas. Mars Lumographs are nice too. Koh-I-Noor products are always top-shelf.
