Yeah, agree with glitter there. Matthew really works hard. He busts his ass and totally tries to do something for the community here. Although many don't care for/appreciate his contributions because they feel that he's just a beginner artist, but you can't deny his enthusiam and how much he's improved. Sure, he's a little stubborn in doing thing his way and tend to not listen to others when they tell him to take care of his foundations, but he obviously loves painting and works harder than most of us--and people can see that with their own eyes. Validation from Craig might influence some people's opinion of Matthew, but not everyone is a mindless sheep that can't think for themselves.

Have you noticed that MATTHEW-hype ? After Mullins startet to answer and even given him good advices almost everyone started to post something nice like "Yeah good Matthew, great progress matthew...." That sucks.

Maybe the advice and guidance matthew got from craig resulted in great progress in his work? Is that so absurd? I know adivce and paintovers etc. from people on this forums helps me make progress. I would say it's unquestionable that craig has helped matthew progress, and so have others.

Relax a bit, this forum's fine, doesn't need dissection to the level of who credits who, and wouldn't benfit from a nevous self-concious atmosphere of checking who praised who first. It would seem rather wild to suggest that people praise someone, not becuase they respect their workefforts, but because it's the 'in-thing' becuase one of the 'in-crowd' praised them? That's quite a slight on the community, and I think it's a dim view.

The fanboy-shit may well have to stop, but so does forum bithching! Have fun!

Don't talk shit about Matthew. That kid has improved because he works his ass off and does TONS of painting, not because anyone "kisses his ass", (which I've never seen an expample of anyway).

No ... my "reproach" concerned all those people who ....

ah forget it! Sad

Matthew himself was never ever the problem folks. Arrow

This moment of "The Zen Stream of Pointless Consciousness" has been brought to you by the numbers 1, 4, and the letter 'A'????

Pxy, that was one of the most obtuse posts I've read in quite awhile, and that is saying a lot!

Although that somewhat explains it, that's no excuse for being such a poor communicator, and then trying to post something "deep" or "thoughtful".

Bleh is right.
