I'm trying to see what options I have open to me for the future, work-wise.
I'll be in education for a few more years, so I'm not looking for real work at the moment, and not asking for assessment, but I'm interested in what capacity for work there is in the areas of painting concepts and visualisations for film and games, and that sort of thing - not freelance, but salaried jobs. I suppose living in the UK closes down the opportunities a bit.
Is it a big market? A tiny one? Is it all digital or all traditional? etc.
If you know anything, let me know :)
Thank you

What about TV work? That could be a good stop gap before the film work, maybe approach your local design firms who do TV production and enquire about Fulltime/Freelance concept and storyboarding work. You certainly seem more than talented enough to get a job in that area. |
