Hello,

I offer my most abject apologies for joining and immediately asking for help but I believe it may be a subject close to all our hearts.

On another site I frequent there has been a Halloween Illustration contest running which is currently in the voting stage.

Now I swear I've seen This Image before, and NOT by the person that has entered it in the contest. Now I could be wrong and if so I will happily apologise to the entrant but I wondered if any of you guys and girls knows it?

Thanks in advance

The link says

Being as Scott is quite a stickler for things being "by the rules," I'd leave it at that...

Yeah, I've seen work just like it.

The conceptual work for Tim Burton's Sleepy Hollow
had lots of that kind of stuff.

The ever popular 'gnarled trees in the deep dark
woods that look like faces and goblins' illustrations.

If you look through Disney archives you'll find
exactly the same sort of thing.

This is a variation on a common 'spooky' theme,
but it's his own version, with the pumkin as
part of the tree.
