I hope you're not looking for photorealism in your work.
It would spoil it.

Some people's work at a rudimentary or sketchy stage
looks just, well, rudimentary and sketchy.

But THIS is really a STYLE.
There's something very uniform and complete about it.

There are good niches out there for stylized work.
This is definatly you.

Among other things I like the face. Characters with
vampire or dinosaur teeth get a little old after awhile.

I like it very much. My personal advice would be, keep doing what you are.

I'm glad you gave up doing those little boxes with effects from
the Photoshop effects menu. See what you've done on your own... something
unique and really good.

thankyou very much. haha your last comment made me laugh. that was a long time ago, and i still use the filters, just not when i post here. i'll keep posting the updates of this pic. oh yea, i wasn't going for photorealism. thanks again

i just worked on some upper body stuff. making stuff clearer, making the arm look better and stuff like that. how do you like the changes, C&C greatly appreciated. oh yea, and i took advice from my last picture put up, the assasin one and i used no white in the shading, just lighter colors of the original. thanks.

this is update 2. i still haven't done much to the lower body aside from just starting to get it ready for color. but i did do a lot of work on the upper body/face/left(on him)/hair. i would really like to get some feedback on if you all think this is going in a good direction. it's taken me about 3 hours so far with a mouse. again i would really like some feedback unto this point in the pic. thanks
