ok. now i use a 1978 Nikon FE. it's in pretty good shape and all, but the last roll of film i just developed turned out bad. only 10 out of 24 shots were developed. the others didn't get fully exposed. i can see that the shutter didn't open all the way. does any know why this is happening? it used to happen just a little bit maybe one or two shots per roll ever once and a while, but now with this last one, over half of the pics were messed up cause of this, so any idea of how to fix this? besides getting a new camera that is. |

1) Change your battery.
2) Take it to a camera repair shop. Most SLR's require a cleaning after about 2 years of use. Your camera is just dirty, or needs an oiling. It's better to get a repairman to do it, too. You can easily turn your camera into a paperweight if you're not trained properly.
3) Get a new camera. 1978?? Man. I thought my '84 Minolta was old. |
