I just got back from a trip to Shanghai and HAngzhou, and I got to visit Ze Jiang Art Institute, which is considered the best art school in China. They specialize in tradtional Chinese painting, and you can see that ideal worked into the architecture, landscaping, and plants of the campus. It was the most unique art school campus I've ever been to.

wow! i could die and have that place as heaven, same thing with your other photos in the other topic, they were nice too! i get the calmest feeling from them, sort of like it's "after the" something...

Actually, Shanghai is nothing special, just another big, modern, noisy, crowded city with smog and shopping malls. The place you want to visit is Hangzhou, where Ze Jiang Art Institute and West Lake is located--it's 10X more beautiful than Shanghai.

Yeah, I got the Canon 1D MArk II about 5 weeks ago. Been shooting nonstop with it since I got it.
