I like the professional look to it. Reminds me a lot of the Invision Power Services page.

The pages load pretty fast and you get to the portfolio quickly ... that is great.
What bothers me a little is the font size.
The first thing I wanted to do was changing that in the browser settings and it wasn't possible.
It might get ugly for people who use a very high resolution on a small monitor.
Also the contrast for the font on the welcome page (UX can be described ...) is not big enough I guess.
It is good that the buttons grab the attention because of that but reading the text isn't fun.
