Looks very promising. But I kinda like the first rough coloring more (the brown one), it got a very menacing feeling to it, as if they are silently hovering closer to their unsuspecting target... |

No, the only reference I've used was an F-16, because I can't design aircraft/spacecfraft to save my life. |

if u used photoshop....could u tell me how to get that paint effect as if it was painted with real paints and brushes
cause whenever i try to paint something, it looks more like a cartoon than a painting _________________ 赤竜 |

I used Photoshop 7. I think the trick is all in the opacity setting. I usually leave the flow at 100 and knock the opacity down to 30-40. |

you know what?......the tools dont matter.......i'm poor and everything ive painted on these forums have been with photoshop elements and painter classic....so .....good job gardengnome i like it.....maybe more of a focal point though?you know ,to center the action...i'm gettin lost with the ship and the explosion. |

Personally I prefered it when you had the 3 ships in the scene, it broke up the single diagonal line that everything seems to be following and added a bit more interest to the piece, a bit more flow. |
