Hey everyone, I havent posted for a while but its the beginning of a new quarter at school so ill have time to do some personal paintings before midterms kick in. here is a 50 min. sketch from photo reference of a very pretty cosplayer named Haruka. Im focusing on trying to achieve the most with the fewest strokes and pay more attention to proportion, color observation, tone and light then with detailed rendering, so any comments in that vein would be appreciated, thanks.

I really loke the first three. You've a great sense of movement and color.
The line work is very well handled too.
My only crit would be that the head in the model sheet is a bit small for the body.
Nice work! Keep it up. _________________ Where ever you go, There you are. |

nice. I really like how you handled the hands and costumes. The faces might be a bit overdone in the last two. _________________ http://www.angelfire.com/art2/wfkeil |
