I saw a topic about this on another forum, so I went and bought one.

There is a Spider Man figure that is 18" tall and has 67 points of articulation! What does that mean? That means this is better than any of those stupid wood posing models that artists use. You can pose this fella in tons of different ways. I mean, even each joint of his fingers bend!!

Plus he comes with a really neat webshooter! The only downside to this guy is that his weight sometimes pulls the figure down in certain poses. He is pretty heavy, at least a couple of pounds.

Anyway, hope this helps somebody!

I'd want one too, except I don't know where to find a Wal-Mart here in America.

I had a wodden mannikin figure for a while but I think a lot of the dynamics is lost with it and u are bound to follow the mannikin rather than go with rhytm in your character.
If you look at this character many of the poses are very stiff but I guess it is good for inspiration and finding poses. but if looking for dynamic the stretching of the muscles in the character makes it more impressive and is probably more important.

hmm not sure why I am writing this, hmm I am weird.
Just thought he is looking very stiff, hmm yea that's it.
