Lovely works every one..
Im sorry for not posting anything and talk, but I was looking at some cool lineage game art and saw a pic of Mr Spoogedemon used there, Im not sure if it is of your knowledge mr Mullins if so, please ignore this, but your painting was used there as a collage for another illustration, is easily recognizable, just Felt like I should speak about it
http://www.rpgamer.com/games/lineage/lineage2/art/lineage2005.jpg
The artist is juno jeong from studiosis, If this is of your knoledgement please excuse me |

ultrahsu- i actually must say that i very much enjoy your artwork. i dont think i have seen one piece by you on this forum that i dont like. very inspirational. Keep it up!
spooge- youre among the best digital artists (or artist overall) that i know of. Give us more of your work!!! Saw final fantasy on tv the other day btw. really good job on the matte stuff you did for it.

thanks octavian, stewart one. glad I can share with you guys n that you guys dig it, now I wanna make a book or something.
Francis - its all about overlaying brushstrokes, it just doesn't cover as well as oils... art rage is dope except for a few major things... lack of sensitive to brushsizes... needs quick keys for changing brush size too.
lunchie...

Thanks Inferus!
I really like that last one!!
The torsch should cast some heavier shadows and some warmer... "stronger" lights on the walls, and some wikced crisp reflections on the water...
Thanks XIA!
I love the volcano piece. I'm reading a face out of them clouds.
And your character... Amazing!
Max Kulich

Zhalimuto

ultrahsu
Wow... Wicked!!
Mitsui

Octavian

Fluo

rv_el

Mitsui, Matthew, ultrahsu, petter: Great works!
It feels good to be painting again. Here's a quickish portrait. Photo ref from corbis. I started out with midtones and never really got in the darks or lights. Too midtoned, I guess. =\ Any and all comments welcome and appreciated.

looking at expressions an a character, mostly by feeling my own face with my hands, cause I learn where the fat goes and which bits tighten, rather than just learning shapes and lines.
