i kinda like how it's goin, but i think i need other artist's eyes on it to tell me what it needs. i've been working on it for about an hour, and my hand is starting to hurt from using the mouse, so i figured i'd get some advice on it. tell me what you think, C&C are welcome.

The vertical stroke you are using to shade is doing nothing for me. It is not helping to define movement or form, or light. The movement of the hair also seems a bit off, especially the two groups across the face, or at least they are detracting from the shot. |

The head looks really smll to me. The face doesn't look too good neither mate (her eyes are pink ) |

I'm no pro, and I might be leading you down the wrong path but here it goes.
The first thing I would attack here is the face. You seem to have a black monotone line surrounding all of her features, not good. Try and vary the line width from slightly thicker than what you have there to non-existant based on light source etc.
The eyes are too squarish, as is the nose and mouth. Try and give more of a curve to them. Also, the crease on the right side of her nose (where her nose meets her sheek) is rather unatractive, try lighting that line or completely eliminating it.
As to the rest of the figure, the first things that pop out at me are:
Her left breast should lead more to her under arm.
Her right foot is rather large and has a funky shape.
Her left knee's shine is kinda odd, the light seems to be coming from the side yet the shine is from below.
Is this from a source? If so could we se it?
Good luck, hope I helped.

for the last question, i didn't do it from a source, and that's probably why i turned out like it did, it's hard to use a mouse. but i am thankful for all the feedback. if i get time i'll work on it, but i've been pretty busy. thanks _________________
