First let me give big thanks to dougbot for sharing his lunch time concepts and sparking this idea.

One Hour works is an exercise that I will be practicing for the next 30 days. Focusing on what all I can create given just one hour of free time a day, this exercise will hopefully kick my ass as an illustrator.

I was going to start with a monster or a mech but somehow when pencil went to paper all i got was a japanese romeo & juliette. oh well.

These are all good. I like the humor in some of them Very Happy . I thought The "be my valentine" one was awesome. It looks so innocent till you notice she's making a gun gesture. The style you used on a few of them reminds me so much of greeting cards for some reason...

I was the guy that had to draw everyone's characters for them. Looking at this picture now there are so many details that I would have loved to gone and done...but the clock is always ticking away. Marry me nostalgia.

-INTERMISSION-
Thanks to Chris James from Factory One Games for letting me know that Gamasutra has put me on as their Cover Feature for their Visual Arts Gallery.

The most wonderful part is that they actually USED the picture of me in my bathroom.

Gamasutra.com

Sidenote:
For those that have been wondering where the rest of One Hour Works are...they are sleeping on my drawing table. I would wake them up to scan them and show them off to the world but they just look so cute all curled up like that.
