I started this few days ago while played "NeverWinterNights" Idea is to draw a concept of an Thief-Mercenery guy. Here is the first sketch i started on, and work so far.I left background black by now, i will work on it on the final. Any c&c are welcome! Thank you!

Thank you Warhead! As it seems, its very hard to get any comments here on sijun.com This is original size i work with, i cut rest of the body, cause its still in very early phase. The knife doesnt look good to me, so may be i will replace it with something else: snake, or rat / no i will not call him "Boo" / Anyone else?

well the hand on the right seems to be stabbing his leg... maybe have the sword continue on the other side or give it a better position.. say balancing off the ground? it's a nice drawing.. something about it bothers me though, i think it's that the figure's flow is completely slanted to the left with nothing to counterbalance it .. i think it's something to do with the torso.. the legs don't seem attached to the body (especially the one closer to us)... perhaps it's just because the belt is so high (it's lying across his naval i think)... could just be me. cool rendering though so far!...

Thanks aphelionart, actualy you are right about his belt, i just put it too hig and his body looks a bit stretched and wrong. On colored pice, you can see how i fix his arms /black lines from sketch and color picks above/, so in process of work i put his body parts in right places, or i hope so Im still not sure with his sword, may be it will be changed later to something else Thank you again for critic and comment!

This is amazing, I don't think I've seen such good use of color in quite a while! He has that perfect mood and texture about him . That is going to be astounding when its finished.
