This was a fun painting to do. I was given a very cool character sketch by Jose Saenz, as well as a rough idea of the layout the client wanted, and told to render it as a theatrical poster.
~4000 pixels wide. Several nights of work in Photo-Paint 10.

Very well done.
I agree with Suma, though. I too couldn't make out the head of the horse for quite some time. |

wow, this is really cool.
the only problem I have is the horse's muzzle. I'm not really fond of the big round lip and teeth area and the skinny portion conecting it to the head... I know it fits with the style, but I still cant get over the overly silly feeling it gives me... makes it super "slapstick" to me.
but whatever, take it for what its worth, its still a fookin' awesome picture. the colors are wonderful and the composition is pleasant.
