I'm using WinXP Pro and the software is a legal copy (version 8.0). When I tried unistalling I left the activation data on the machine, dunno if that matters though. My friend told me to remove everything PS related stuff and reinstall, but I would need more than Ad-aware to do that I guess. |
Just solved the problem with assistance from a pro. Had to do with corrupt files which were removed by uninstalling everything including activation data and user preferences. |
