Is it possible to run an Intous that has ADB with an "ADB to USB" adapter on a windows pc, or are the drivers going crazy?

Doesn't ADB stand for Apple Desktop Bus? If so then it I am pretty sure it is an apple universe only thing. If it is also something else, or it has been supported in the PC world somewhere sometime somehow, then my experience may not be conclusive.

BUT, as I am pretty sure it is the old apple thing, you are SOL. My first tablet was an ADB, and it made the upgrade to USB by way of the adapter you mentioned. But when OSX came around, support was dropped, no way around it, unless you wanted to write one yourself. Had to buy a new USB tablet. So the only drivers existing are for macos9, so I am sure there is no support for windows.

It is ADB and not serial?

I have an older WACOM-tablet, that we used on our MACs at work, connected to the printer- or the modem-port (I think it wasn't ADB). After buying a Laptop I wanted to use the tablet with this PC. My brother changed the plug and now it's connected with the COM-port of the Laptop and after downloading a driver from the wacom-website it worked fine (until my pen hit the floor and lost his tip... Sad ). Sorry, that I can't give you an exact technical description.
