Yeah, its realy been that long. Up til now all I've done was either commissions, DSG's, or linger in the sketchbook.
I started this last night and am relitivly happy with where its going. However I am not happy with the little man. His proportions and what not are cartoony. What I am having difficulty with is the lighting I think. Not realy sure. I need a pair of fresh eyes to take a look at this and tell me what you see!

i agree with you, it does look more like a cartoon than realistic, but that may not be a bad thing, it looks like it is working. |

I am working on the blending. Its something I've not been very good with in the past. Its comming along much better. I also played with the anatomy and made it look like the fire is around his hand a little more.
Please keep the C&C comming. Thank you! _________________

Justo - I want to see what you posted. But the image size due to the format of BMP is HUGE!!! Try saving it as a .jpg (JPeg) which is massivly smaller and easier to view.
I will probably leave the connection to this site open over nite incase you dont get this with the hope that the image does download lol ![Smile](images/smiles/icon_smile.gif) _________________

Here is what I've just done. Still working on getting that BMP thats posted here. Large file!
I redid the head, added a hint of a leg from the knee on his right leg. Also added some flesh reflection off of the floor. Thoughts?
