ok so I've been using WEB SPACE my brother gave me to post my images for the last three to four years now...he quit his job that dealt with web design and all this other crap so now I don't have any web space...I never once used the online servers that you have to pay for so what do I do to post stuff now???helpppp _________________ www.andresguzman.com

a lot of people have been recommending Photobucket but I have no idea if it is good or not.

You shouldn't run out of server space fast if you learn how to upload images that are not large in dimension and compressed for use on the Web.
Using a copy of your original image, saved with a different file name, if you have Photoshop, use File > Save for Web and adjust the settings until you find the best combination of reasonable visual quality and small file size (which will ensure quick loading on a web page, too).
If you want to show details at full size, make a small snip of the image prepare it for use on the Web, and post that along with the full image version.

yea i do that in photoshop--but thanx jin---but another thing about photobucket i realized was that sometimes it doesn't allow the image to be viewed when posted and sometimes it does....is this what i can expect from any one of these little hosts? _________________ www.andresguzman.com
