tried to copy Bar, but I can't get the hair white with light without making it look like white hair... how the hell do i make hair in painter anyway??

the real person has more frekles, and their skin isn't as perfect as your picture. Also, the hair has alot more shine in it then in your pic.

Yeah i say work on the hair

There are bound to be some tutes around about how to get those small lines of hair that randomly go out into the air with nice highlights on them. Yeha just work on the hair

Proportions are great also.

I think its awesome work there - and so what if its not exactly the same as the photo? Looks better than the photo.
