You've drawn her eye in a front view instead of a side view, so it looks massive and goes back until it almost reaches her ear. The shading on her back is off, that little "spike" of shading near the middle of her left side is wrong, as is the lighter spot beneath it. You need to consider how the ribcage is shaped and what muscles lay over it, and then redo her entire back.
Even if you do that, though, this image will look funky because she looks like she is just a head and a part of a torso. You need to find a more elegant way hide the rest of her body if you don't want to include it.
Also, consider the hair. Hair is not just shapes on someone's head, it is a mass of strands that starts at the head and then falls and flows over the shoulders and back. The hair that's behind her ear should flow around her ear, bunch up on her shoulder, and then fall onto her back, following the shape of everything that it sits on. The other parts of her hair have the same problem.
I think if you work through these problems you'll have a much nicer looking image. |

lol Don't feel bad drew, maybe he was going for non-realism. I quite liked the funked up original but the latest is getting majorly funked and slightly less tasteful.
what do I know, man, u look like you know what you want, you've got your own thing going, not much i can offer. |

The advice I gave apllies just as much to anime style as it does to realism. I'm not sweating it if he doesn't listen. |
