I dunno man, I think it's just asking for trouble. Unless you backup everything with RAID or something whatever, it seems to me that you are increasing your chances for corrupted data and other hard drive problems.

Usually if it sounds too good to be true, it is.

I mean if the hard drive companies knew about this don't you think that they would try to sell their 200GB drive as a 500GB one instead. I would assume that these results arn't typical, and they are like CPU speeds. Some people are lucky, and can get a CPU that they can overclock a great deal, even though it was sold as a lower speed. Others aren't so lucky.

Just my thoughts.
