i, as a tech say that people should have to get a liscence to own a computer,.. too many damn stupid computer users out there.
the only way that this stupid "iloveyou" virus spread was because stupid people double clicked on the file...

I am all about getting some kind of license to get a computer. I have thought about designing the iqMac (yes I use macintosh and pc's). Basically a device straps to your head and it tests your intelligence before it turns on. Then, depending on you intelligence - the computer will decide if you can use it.
If you are to stupid, a screen with packing instructions will pop up. This will be the future!!!
If you are smart... It will tell you to buy a pc with linux! LOL!

I agree with B, you should have to have a license for a computer, people at work should have to know Something about what they use for their job, dumb engineers...
