Hey there,
I haven't done much recently except browse these forums. I had some spare time last week and I just wanted to get crits on this and see where I could take it. Thanks.
ps..I think I will redraw the guy to be resting, exhausted, sort of looking at the trophy he'd just won. He seems to be doing something that doesn't make sense right now. _________________ -------Wicked------- |

i'd make the smoke more obvious, it's hard to tell that it's there. |

neat - the wings seem kinda small, but maybe it's just me. somewhat realistically, dragons need huge wings to carry their weight =) _________________ ~a shadow, a moment, a memory-- a monument, a legend, a legacy~ |

here's a little work on it. You guys were right on both, the smoke needed some work and the wings really was drastically small( now that I've scaled it I can really notice what a difference it makes ). Any help with the little man down at the bottom? can't figure how to light him so that he shows up..

Looks awesome, nice dragon
I think the guy looks a ton better than in the first one, im not sure i would want him brought out more than he is, I think it might actually be distracting.
Also it kinda seems to me that the smoke is behind the dragon, not directly above it, im not sure if thats what you wanted, but you could try bringing it forward more.
Dont take my opinion alone though. _________________ wait...wait...........what? |

i must agree on the smoke. it looks thicker above the dragon, so therefore it looks as if it rises up from behind the dragon. Its not something that looks very wrong or anything, but rather if youd really want to perfect it.
Great job though! really catches the atmosphere, and the sunlight looks great. _________________ www.svendsenart.com |

When I looked the picture the first time, I didn't know what that thing is in the bottom of the picture. It was cool, even that I didn't know what it was, but after moving my head close to my screen and looking some time, I relised that it was a dragon. I did see its wings and neck, but the rest was just one mess, that didn't make sense. Perhaps if you add some glimpse to its eye, people could see better HOW it lays there.

i disagree, because any kind of glimmer in the eye will probably imply life in the dragon, and i am decently sure that it is dead...
i never had any problems telling it was a dragon or how it was lying _________________ wait...wait...........what? |
