Ok, so this is the piece i'm working on (not even close to done) based off the quick sketch i posted earlier.

any suggestions, comments, critiques:

there are a lot of things i realize need work, and i'll go back and fix, but hey it's always easier to ask before i go too far eh?

i'm asuming that your redoing the old picture?

I don't know, maybe make the wing longer and sharper, with more acute angles. Don't forget to put the other wing in either though, heh.

Where's the light coming from? You have a chance to make some really dramatic lighting here. Decide where it's coming from and make sure that every part of the picture reflects that.
