On the figure itself, the breast closest to us is larger than the one behind it, and is also rounder. The arm behind the body looks like the arm is too short, I don't think that you should be able to see the bump at the elbow if the arm is intended to be heading backwards. Maybe give her a bit more on the ribs on the left side of the pic, and give her a hip bone on the left. The right has a well defined one, why isn't the same definition and height existing on the other side. Maybe give her a bit of a ribcage below the breast on the right side, it will help defin the stomach more. The line accross the hip on the right side would look better as one curve, rather than the several you do have, and the leg closest to us should have a longer thigh based ont he positioning, etc. And the eyes in her head are a little off(line drawn parellel to the line made by the mouth and the chin).
Also a good thing to do wyould be to really push the darks a bit more in teh shadows. As fro background, how about you figure out what goddess or what kind of goddess she is. I mean is she Aphrodite, Isis, Venus, etc. Figure out what culture you want her to be from and look up the temples etc. of the culture and draw her in a temple or in her realm.

I like the improved version better. How did you clean it up?
Digitally?
The hair/face looks a bit too flat and the way her right arm is connected to the body looks weird IMO.
Not sure about the torso ... maybe it's a bit too long? Did you use reference?
The face doesn't really look exotic to me.
You want tips for the background? What kind of comment are you looking for
