I think I'll have to go with flush & gally0 on the no cars-issue, and instead steal some of gally0's concept. Only with bad custom PS texture.
Gally0 > I like those two alot, really.

First post here. This place is incredibly inspiring, I've got a lot of work to do before I'll feel at home, haha. Here's a quick 30 minute painting...

giant penis mobile!
Wassup, that is a very nice sketch. You must have had some ID training? I want to see what you do when you are not sketching here as well. Go to pixeltwisters.com and use the gallery thing I do, very easy and painless. Maybe you are the type that can place your hand on a TV and figure it out by osmosis-instant understanding of what it takes others years to learn. But, I am insulting you because you probably have worked very hard.
Spooges kat? Hmmm? Where?
Thanks for your comments on the last one, I am impressed everyone saw those ellipses. The lens on the car was wider than the lens for the BG. Drawing with a wide lens is an affectation of car designers (not a good one) and it is a little bit of a habit. It should be corrected, but wha, I would have to work. To do it. Better spend the time on the next one.
Zhuzhu dont cry! Not sure what you were saying, try again, if you want. |

dougbot : glad you liked it, he actually cut a car just like yours in half initially, but then I remembered blood was more fun to draw.
I can't do that chromy stuff you other people are pulling off like some group chant, so I'll just go with drawing a car. (So atleast I'll have something to use the chromy stuff with if I ever learn it.)

all>> thanks guys! thats flattered...
prigle>> CAFA is very good for fine arts training.but if you want to go for design program forget any school in Beijing,or its gonna be pain in ass.
matthew>> im impressed how fast you are improving, keep it up!
gally0>> very clever, love both of them!
flush, spooge>> havnt really had any ID training which i always wanted to do.as said, ive been doing architecture things for quite a few years.id say i can draw houses better than cars, thats why ive been sticking around and trying to paint different things.(ok,i admit i do hundreds of cars a day ) the latest pieces from both of you are brilliant,im learning...something is beyond my understanding.
paintangle>> only use sharpen tool in PS
the job im doing has actually nothing to do with painting or...art?(this word scares the hell out of me)i bet none of you would be interested in constructing, ill show you some of them when im allowed. ah shit...website...thats so damn frustrating,i hope i have time to do it in couple of weeks.thanks for infos spooge.
found it in my junk folder
