We spent a lot of time working on the skies and lighting effect on these two pages. I think over all they worked out very well.
The Sound effects were a bit harder to incorperate into the frames. We tried to fade them out and use similar colors so they wouldn't detract from the pictures.
Did it work?

great stuff, makes me want to read more.
I wouldn�t worry about the sound effects not incorporating properly, the way they are now they feel a bit too light... some of them I didn�t even notice until I read your post. Big, blocky sfx text is a comic convention anyways, I doubt that anyone will mind.
but wtf is the cat(?) doing in the first panel?? |

the last one rocks.Can smell the fresh air but look at the one before.
If you still have the layer for the ground i would apologize to lighten it up.If the sky is so blueish,the desert would be much more brighter |
