I have been looking at Ryan Church and Erik Tiemens stuff lately, lots of eye-candy.
NeFF, Tomasis, Many thanks there guys.
I dont really think that I have improved though, sometimes the pictures works and sometimes they dont.
I read once that an artist mostly should show his best work, I guess I am screwed there cause I am showing both my good and bad pictures.
see you

Matthew> That cg-networks article about Church's art got me interested too. Cool stuff, though a little bit too polished for my tastes.
Ones I've been diggin' lately are:
Swarm> there's something about that French sense of style.
Briscola> Everything you've done appears so easy, very cool.
Lots of cool stuff around lately, hard to keep up!
Of cuz right after Flushy, makes this even worse.

happy new year folks.
made a 3d block thing for perspective.
boring as hell though. boring to paint too. future to look foward to tho, eh?
sterophoenix: Just Awesome!!
matt, when I see your pics I always want to do my own version. love your subject-matter. your latest one especially. All that's stopping me is the fact that I need to come up with my OWN stuff.. Yeah. and zhu zhu, some cool developments in your style, nice work.
Mikko K, I admire your discipline in sticking only to black & white. Don't know why I say 'only' considering there's enough in the grayscale to make an entire artistic career.. nevertheless. Great work dude! |

Briscola: I'm really enjoying your work. You directed the Homeworld 2 cinematics, right? I'm mesmerized by those cinematics. I love 'em. Btw, I, too, am put under some sort of mental control by Bob Ross's voice. I used to sit there and watch his show and my mind would just slip away... |

Marez, that's cool. Just erase the moon, it's distracting my eye, and do more lights in the horizon. |

It was once said that Drawen was once a wolf, now the magicians had to take away his powers.
Painted over one of me oil-paintings, thx for the tips spooge-dude.
dhood, thank you there.
Capt.Fred, Many thanks for your kind words there Capt.Fred, still though the latest one was very much inspired by Ryan churchs Star Wars stuff. If you want you can use my ideas and stuff like that if you see something cool, I am very much inspired by others work and yes you have probably seen me copying spooge and hpx and many others. Still I am trying put in a little bit of my own style, its not always easy.
I really like you latest there, nice usage of perspective and simplification.
keep it up dudes
